I’ve consistently maintained that our housing crisis needs real solutions that help address the problems at the center. I’m proud to see both of my bills included in the housing package that just passed the House, one ensures families can stay in their homes.

HOUSING

Increasing the supply of affordable housing, cutting bureaucratic barriers to new construction, and cracking down on corporate landlords driving up rents. Every Pennsylvanian deserves a roof over their head without going broke.

VETERANS

The country's commitment to veterans should never be a budget line item up for debate. Expanded VA healthcare, mental health resources, and making sure the men and women who served get everything they were promised.

ISRAEL

Standing firm on Israel's right to exist and defend its people, even when his own party pushes back. Alliances aren't something you abandon when they become politically inconvenient.

IMMIGRATION

Comprehensive reform that secures the border while treating people with dignity. Both parties need to stop using the issue as a political football and start fixing the system, from asylum processing to workforce needs.

HEALTHCARE

After surviving a stroke and battling severe depression, the fight to lower prescription drug costs, protect coverage for pre-existing conditions, and expand mental health services is deeply personal, not political.

DEMOCRACY

Defending free and fair elections since long before it was a national conversation. Protecting voting rights, fighting gerrymandering, and ensuring every eligible American can cast their ballot without unnecessary barriers.

CRIME & SAFETY

Having served as mayor of Braddock, the reality of gun violence and crime isn't abstract, it's personal. Supporting law enforcement, common-sense gun safety, and investing in root causes. Safe streets aren't a partisan issue.
